Ads wear out, so we watch the numbers every day and act on them. Budget moves to whatever is bringing in sales, anything that stops working gets pulled, and new versions go up to replace it.
How we work
Most agencies get paid either way.
We run mostly on commission. A small retainer keeps us lean, and the rest is tied to the sales our ads generate. Before anything's signed we run the numbers on your margin to make sure there's genuine room for both of us. If it doesn't stack up yet, we'll say so.
